There have been a lot of new films coming out on Prime this year. But only a handful have impressed netizens and brought a lot of name to Prime. One such movie is Scene 2, Malayalam version. The first part of the scene was dusted off in theaters. Scene 2 was released in Malayalam version ‌Prime and shook the OTT world. Now the Telugu version has also gone down the same path. The Telugu version of Scene 2 starring Victory Venkatesh is being streamed on Prime Video from today (November 25). Let’s see in the review how this movie impressed the audience as it came forward as an OTT platform amidst many expectations.

Scene 2 is the story ..?

The ‘Scene 2’ movie starts from where the scene movie ended. The movie ‘Drishyam’ ends with Rambabu (Venkatesh) burying the body of a boy named Varun who was killed in his house in a police station under construction. The Rambabu family, who were acquitted in the case, are living a high life. Rambabu, who runs a cable business, gradually grows up and becomes a cinema theater owner. He also enters the field to make a film together. Even though their life is going smoothly like this .. the fears of Varun case taluk are still haunting his family. Rambabu’s wife Jyoti (Meena, children Anju (Kritika), Anu (Esther Anil) are trembling with fear wherever the police appear. Geeta … with the help of her friend, Gautam Sahu (Sampath Raj), who is currently the IGP, reopens the case. The story of ‘Scene 2’ is how he came out this time.

Who did it ..?

Venkatesh played the role of Rambabu. Like the scene .. even in this he carried the whole story on his shoulders. He played that role with much more ease in this sequel than in ‘Scene’. The emotional scenes that come in the second half are wonderfully cultivated. Venkatesh has taken another step as an actor with this movie. Meena did justice to the role of Rambabu’s wife Jyoti. Although it is good in terms of acting .. dubbing is not so suitable. As Rambabu’s children, Kritika played Esther Anil to the extent of their roles. Nadia and Naresh have done well in their roles as parents who have lost a son. Sampath Raj as IG, Satyam Rajesh as Constable, Poorna as Rambabu Lawyer, Tanikella Bharani as the writer and the rest of the actresses and actors acted within the scope of their roles.

How is it ..

This is a sequel to Scene. The same cast. Same background. The same continued. The story begins six years after the daughters murdered Kurrani. The Malayalam version of the movie has already been released on Amazon Prime and has become a super hit. However .. again for the Telugu audience, director Jeetu Joseph screened this movie with a fresh look. Compared to the matrix .. The director made some minor changes in the Telugu version. He said in Telugu some interesting elements which were not mentioned till the end in Malayalam.

Although at first some part got bored .. The audience gets excited when they know that the police are secretly investigating Varun’s case. The director sparked interest in the film with twists that no one expected. In the second half the story goes very fast. Rambabu’s heights and heights to protect his family from the case are very thrilling. The audience will be fascinated by the twist given by Rambabu especially at the end. The court scenes take the movie to another level. Overall, Scene 2 ‘is a testament to Jeetu Joseph’s directing talent. As for the technicalities, Anoop Rubens’ background music is gone. Satish Kurup’s cinematography is very good. Every frame is beautifully and thrillingly adapted to the Telugu Nativity. Some scenes in Fastoff, in particular, need to be cut more crisp. The production values are in line with the level of the film.
